Please read carefully. These Terms govern your use of the Lokayoo platform. By signing up or continuing to use our Service, you agree to be bound by them.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lokayoo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If using the Service on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Description of Service
Lokayoo provides a white-label clinic management platform. The Service includes:
Patient appointment management
Doctor scheduling
Digital prescriptions
Online consultations
Administrative control panel
Patient OTP & Google login
Features available depend on your chosen subscription plan.
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription, billed in advance.
Billing cycles
Monthly or annual, paid in advance.
Currency
All prices displayed in USD, exclusive of taxes.
Price changes
30 days advance notice before any price change.
Non-payment
Access suspended until outstanding fees are settled.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:
Store or transmit harmful or illegal content.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
Data and Privacy
You own your data.
You retain full ownership of all clinic and patient data you input into the Service. We are granted only a limited license to store and process it — solely to provide the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and patient consents before entering data into the platform.
Intellectual Property
The Lokayoo platform — including its design, code, content, and trademarks — is owned by Lokayoo Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws.
✓ You may
Use the Service for your internal clinic operations under a limited, non-exclusive license.
✗ You may not
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.
Availability and Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime — we will provide advance notice wherever possible.
Enterprise plans are entitled to SLA commitments specified in their Enterprise agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lokayoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months prior to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time.
Access ends
At the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
Data export window
90 days to export all your data before permanent deletion.
Immediate termination
We may terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.
