Full refund within 7 days of your first monthly payment.
30-Day Annual Refund
Pro-rated refund within 30 days of your annual payment.
Free Trial
All new Lokayoo accounts begin with a free trial period. During this period, no payment is required and you will not be charged. The trial allows you to explore the platform fully before committing to a subscription.
At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or cancel — without any charge whatsoever.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. We do not charge any cancellation fees.
Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
No cancellation fees — ever.
Your account data is retained for 90 days after the billing period ends.
You can reactivate at any time within the 90-day window.
Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions
We offer a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not actively used the platform to manage patient appointments or records.
Annual Subscriptions
We offer a pro-rated refund for unused months if you cancel within 30 days of your annual payment. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Subscription fees after the refund window has passed.
Fees for additional services such as custom development or dedicated account management.
Charges incurred due to exceeding plan limits.
Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
We do not issue partial refunds for plan downgrades. You will continue to have access to your current plan features until the next billing date.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations arise. If you have experienced significant service disruption caused by Lokayoo, or if you are facing genuine hardship, please reach out to us.
We review such cases individually and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
